Sleep Remifemin 30 tabs
Sleep Remifemin is a natural formula aimed at menopausal women who find it difficult to get to sleep. Remifemin uses herbs including extracts of three plants used in traditional European medicine as sedatives (Valeriana officinalis, Melissae officinalis and Humulus lupulus), which have been concentrated and combined in each Sleep tablet to provide a therapeutic dose of the active ingredient extracted from each plant.

Relief of insomnia.
Relief of sleeplessness
Recommended Doses: Take two tablets half an hour to an hour before bed. In extreme case or sleeplessness or anxiety take two tablets 2-3 times per day. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
Note: Although Sleep was formulated with menopausal women in mind, it can be used by women and men of all ages who are experiencing difficulty getting to sleep and staying asleep.

75mg dry extract of Valeriana officinalis in a drug to extract ratio of 5-6:1, the extractant is ethanol 70%(V/V); 23mg dry extract of Humulus lupulus in a drug to extract ratio of 4-8:1, the extractant is methanol 40% (V/V); 45mg dry extract of Melissa officinalis in a drug to extract ration of 4-6:1, the extractant is water. Contains sugars.
