Membership

1. Membership is open to all Pharmacy 4 Less customers. 2. Members can only join 4YOU Club by lodging a completed application form at any Pharmacy 4 Less store. 3. Membership is not transferable. 4. Membership can be terminated by submitting a request in writing to 4YOU Club, Unit 5/4 Brunker Rd, Chullora, NSW 2190.

Member Benefits

1. Members will be advised of the full range of benefits by mail from time to time. 2. Members will receive regular communications from 4YOU Club regarding specials, news items and editorial in a variety of formats including email, post and direct marketing. 3. A range of additional benefits may be offered that pertain to members from companies outside the Pharmacy 4 Less group. Pharmacy 4 Less takes no legal responsibility for these offers. 4. If members change any of their contact details, we ask that they notify Pharmacy 4 Less on 13000 4 LESS.

Membership Cancellation

1. Pharmacy 4 Less may cancel membership at any time without notice for any reason, including if the member fails to comply with these terms and conditions, supplies any misleading information, makes misrepresentations to Pharmacy 4 Less or any participating store or abuses any privilege afforded to the member. 2. A member may terminate membership at any time by writing to 4YOU Club, Unit 5/4 Brunker Rd, Chullora NSW 2190 or phoning 13000 4 LESS.

Changes

1.. Pharmacy 4 Less reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of membership or suspense or terminate any discount or promotion at any time without prior notice. 2. Members should notify us of any change of contact details by phoning 13000 4 LESS.

Notices

1. Any notice to a member will be emailed to the member at the address appearing in Pharmacy 4 Less’ records. Notices to Pharmacy 4 Less can be posted to 4YOU Club, Unit 5/4 Brunker Rd, Chullora NSW 2190.

Limitation of Liability

1 . All conditions and warranties whether express or implied and whether arising under statute or otherwise, as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any goods or services supplied in connection with membership are expressly excluded to the full extent permitted by law. 2. Any liability Pharmacy 4 Less may have to a member in respect of such goods or services which cannot be excluded is limited, where permitted, to supplying, or paying the cost of supplying, the goods or services again. 3. Pharmacy 4 Less is not liable for (i) any delay, failure or inability to accurately record the details of any transaction (ii) any special, discount or membership reward not being made available or supplied for any reason (iii) any correspondence between Pharmacy 4 Less and a member lost or delayed (iv) any disruption or suspension of any promotion or membership benefit.

Privacy

1. Pharmacy 4 Less Pty Limited respects your rights to privacy under the Privacy Act 1988 and is required to comply with the national privacy principles in respect of the collection of personal information from individuals. 2. The personal information collected under the 4YOU Club membership program includes your name, address, contact telephone numbers and email address which is required to enable us to properly conduct the 4YOU Club program. 3. It is optional for you to provide us with any additional personal information contained in the application form. 4. You will be eligible to automatically receive 4YOU Club and Pharmacy 4 Less membership newsletters and other related direct marketing material either by post or email. 5.
