1. If an item is out of stock, we are unable to place it on back order. You will need to re-order it at a later time. We will happily provide a refund for the out of stock item or give you the option to refund your order in full prior to shipment. 
2. Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email for your records.
3. We reserve the right to charge an additional administration fee if a credit card is declined.
4. We reserve all rights when it comes to processing orders, including if a price error has been identified for an item. In the event a pricing error has been identified, we will notify you and process a refund for your order.

1. Products can be returned if we have made an error in shipping the goods to you. Products must be returned in original condition. Once the goods have been returned, we will credit your credit card. Please refer to our complete Returns policy for more details.
