Directions
Add one sachet to 200mL of hot water. Stir until the contents of the sachet are fully dissolved and add more water if you’d prefer a larger serve or a diluted taste.
Alternatively, add one sachet to 200mL of cold water, stir vigorously and microwave on high for one minute, or heat gently on the stove whilst stirring.
You can also add some of your allowed vegetables to make a large serve of delicious, healthy soup.

Precautions
Very low energy diet. Take an additional two litres of calorie-free fluid each day. Unsuitable for use by pregnant or lactating women, infants, children, adolescents or people older than 65 years of age.
