Cenovis Hair, Skin & Nails contains a combination of nutrients to help strengthen hair, maintain healthy skin and strengthen soft brittle nails.

- Zinc: Helps maintain healthy skin, assist in mild acne and an antioxidant

Ingredients:

- Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 100mg

- Zinc (as gluconate) 15mcg

- Manganese (as amino acid chelate) 1.25 mg

- Copper (as gluconate) 240mcg

- Selenium (as Selenomethionine) 15mcg

- Horsetail (Equisetum arvense) ext. equiv. to dry herb 400mg

- Biotin 2.7mg

- Silicon (from Silica-Colloidal anhydrous) 50mg

Directions:

Adults take one tablet twice daily with food, or as recommended by your healthcare professional

No added Yeast, Gluten, Lactose, Sugar, Artificial flavours, Artificial Sweeteners, Dairy Products or Animal- derived products

Precautions:

Vitamins supplements should not replace a balance diet.

Contain Zinc which may be dangerous if taken in a large amount or for a long period.

This product contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses.
