Reclens Eye Wash is a sterile preservative free solution to be used for rinsing and removing debris from the eye.

Directions:
Detach a uni-dose ampoule. Twist off detachable top.
Dispense solution into cup. Invert cup over eye and blink.
Ingredients:
Active Ingredients: Sodium Chloride USP 5.7g/L, Potassium Di-Hydrogen Phosphate 6.8g/L
Inactive Ingredients: Sodium Hydroxide 1.5g/L for pH adjustment, Purified Water
Precautions:
Do not mix with other fluids except as directed. If user is allergic to any of the product, do not use.
Do not simultaneously except on medical advice. Once opened, discard any unused solution immediately.
Do not contaminate solution during use.
