Directions for Parents:

Kids Smart DHA 300mg can be taken in two easy ways:

Children 1-4 years: Give one soft capsule daily. Children 5+ years: Give 2 soft capsules daily or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Twist & Squirt: Simply twist or cut the tail and squeeze into your child’s mouth or onto their favourite foods.

Chew & Burst: Place the chewable capsule directly into the mouth and chew. The entire capsule is safe to be eaten
