Mute has been designed to enhance nasal breathing by gently opening up the nasal airway. The increased nasal airflow reduces the vibrations in the airways that can cause disruptive snoring, while better breathing at night has the potential to improve your overall sleep quality. By improving breathing through the nose, Mute can also reduce snoring caused by night-time nasal congestion or obstructions such as a deviated septum or blocked nose.
There are three devices in this packet of Mute. Each Mute is reusable up to 10 times, so one pack of Mute will deliver 30-nights of better breathing.

How do I know my size?
Every nose is different which is why we make three different sizes of Mute. To find your right size purchase the Mute Trial Pack which contains a small, medium and a large Mute. This enables you to try each one and find your perfect fit. Mute is also fully adjustable so you can alter the amount of dilation to suit each nostril and get the right balance of comfort and airflow. Once you have found your Mute you can purchase the right sized Mute pack which contains 3 Mutes. With Mute, snoring is so last night.
