Fresh Ginger: Traditionally used to help remove mucous and nasal congestion, to ease coughs, induce sweating and relieve headaches.

Zinc: Provides nutritional support for a healthy immune system and helps with the relief of cold & flu symptoms.

Dosage: Adult - 2 tablets per day

Directions: At first sign of cold & flu take 1 tablet morning and night until symptoms subside, or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or one hour after meals.
