Measurements:
For left or right leg, measure around kneecap while in a standing position. Adjustable One Size fits most (30.5-45.7cm).

Directions:
Slide over foot through sleeve. Pull up to where gel pads rests below kneecap. Wrap top and bottom straps around leg and attach closures to stabiliser. Adjust all straps until fit is firm yet comfortable.
Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
