Fefol Multi- Preg has been specifically formulated to contain 17 essential vitamins & minerals to help provide the mother and her growing baby with nutritional support prior to conception, during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.

- Contains Tuna Oil, delivering 185mg of DHA from omega-3. DHA is important for development of healthy brain function and healthy eye sight
- Contains 250mcg of Iodine (114% of RDI during pregnancy) which assist with the development of the baby’s brain and central nervous system
- Has 12 mg of Iron (44% of RDI during pregnancy). Iron requirements increase during pregnancy, during foetal growth and assist in the formation of red blood cells.
- Contains 500mcg of Folic Acid, 5 mg of Betacarotene and 30 mcg of Biotin which are important for healthy growth and development of the foetus. Folic Acid also helps reduce risk of neural tube birth defects such as Spina Bifida, if taken one month prior to conception and during pregnancy.
