Aosept Plus contact lens care system - preservative-free, aqueous solution with hydrogen peroxide 3%, phosphonic acid (stabiliser), sodium chloride, phosphate (buffer system), Pluronic 17R4 poloxamer (surfactant) and AOSept Plus lens case with AODisc (A Trademark of American Optical IP Corporation) - cleans, disinfects, neutralises (minimum soak time 6 hours), removes protein and stores all types of contact lenses including silicone-hydrogels.

Instructions for Using AOSEPT PLUS Solution Safely:

Do Not Put AOSEPT PLUS Solution Into Your Eye Directly
- Never place the solution directly into your eye or onto a contact lens immediately before inserting it. This can cause burning and stinging.

Wash and Dry Your Hands
- Wash your hands thoroughly and dry them with a clean, lint-free towel.

Place Your Lenses in the Lens Holder
- Open the lens holder marked "L," remove your left lens, and place it on the dome.
- Close the lens holder carefully to avoid trapping your lens.
- Repeat the procedure with your right lens and the holder marked "R."

Open the AOSEPT PLUS Bottle
- Flip open the cap on the AOSEPT PLUS bottle and bend it back out of the way.

Rinse Your Lenses
- Rinse the lenses thoroughly in the lens holders with AOSEPT PLUS solution for 5 seconds.

Fill the Lens Cup
- Fill the cup with AOSEPT PLUS solution up to the fill-line. Do not underfill or overfill.

Secure the Lens Holder in the Cup
- Place the lens holder in the cup and screw the lid closed.
- Do not overtighten (only finger-tight).
- Do not shake the lens case.

Store the Lens Case Upright
- Keep the lens case upright while the solution works.
- If bubbles leak from the top of the case, non-neutralized solution may be present.
- Empty the lens case and rinse it thoroughly with sterile saline.
- Clean up any spillage immediately and wash your hands again before handling your lenses.

Repeat the Disinfection Procedure if Spillage Occurs
- If there is spillage, repeat the disinfection process from the beginning.

Soak Lenses for at Least 6 Hours
- Allow your lenses to soak for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight to neutralize the solution.

Remove Your Lenses After Soaking
- Wash, rinse, and dry your hands thoroughly before removing the lenses from the holder.

Rinse Lenses with Sterile Saline (Optional)
- If recommended by your eye care professional, rinse lenses with sterile saline after neutralization.
- Do not use AOSEPT PLUS to rinse lenses before insertion.

Prepare Lenses for Wear
- Your lenses are now ready to wear.

Clean and Air-Dry the Lens Case
- Discard the used solution.
- Rinse the lens cup and holder with sterile saline (not tap water or other non-sterile liquids).
- Allow the lens case to air-dry by inverting the holder outside the cup.
- Do not place the lens case on its side while drying.

Storing Lenses After Neutralization
- If you do not plan to wear your lenses immediately, you may store them in neutralized AOSEPT PLUS solution in the unopened case for up to 14 days.
- After 14 days, clean and disinfect your lenses with AOSEPT PLUS again before wearing.

- Always use AOSEPT PLUS for cleaning, disinfecting, and storing reusable contact lenses. Avoid using other non-sterile solutions or tap water.
