Each tablet contains:

Zinc (from amino acid chelate 125mg)                                                                                                     25mg

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine from pyridoxine hydrochloride 36.46mg)                                                          30mg

Vitamin A (as retinyl acetate 375mcg RE)                                                                                               1250 IU

Magnesium (from magnesium phosphate 169.41mg)                                                                          35mg

Manganese (from manganese sulfate monohydrate 6.15mg)                                                               2mg

No added lactose, gluten, yeast, egg, soy, artificial colours or flavours.

Warnings:

When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take Vitamin A supplement without consulting your healthcare professional. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balance diet. If syptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
