Swisse Ultiboost Relax & Sleep contains Passionflower, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine for its sedative properties to help relieve tenseness, restlessness and irritability that may make it diffucult to sleep. Swisse Ultiboost Relax & Sleep contains Lemon balm, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help relieve symptoms of mild mental stress and indigestion. Swisse Ultiboost Relax & Sleep also contains magnesium to help support healthy muscle function and the herb Hops, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to help relieve nervous tension and assist relaxation to encourage a restful sleep.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Adults: Two tablets daily, one hour before bed, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
