Directions:                         

Adults:  Recommended consumption: 2 serves per day.

To make 1 serve: Mix 3 level scoops with water or milk (depending on taste).  1 x scoop = 25g.  Stir before serving.  Great chilled or served warm.

Precautions:

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN UNDER 4 YEARS.  Not to be used as a total diet replacement except under medical supervision.  Contains Milk.  May contain Soy. Store in a cool dry place and use within 4 weeks of opening.  All prepared products should be tightly covered and consumed within 6 hours at room temperature of within 24 hours if refrigerated.  Powder may settle during transportation.
