Dosage form: Tablets
Directions: Adults: 1-2 tablets daily with food. Children 6-12 years: take 1 tablet daily with food or as prescribed by your health professional.

Warnings: Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. This product contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms of Selenium for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Contains soya bean products. Do not use if cap seal is broken or missing. Store below 25°C.
