Description
Premular is a natural medicine used to help relieve premenstrual syndrome symptoms.
Premular contains Vitex agnus castus (Chaste tree), historically used for hormonal conditions.
Vitex helps balance the hormones by reducing prolactin levels which are thought to be in excess in PMS. This may help reduce PMS symptoms include:
- Irritability
- Anger
- Headache
- Bloating
- Breast tenderness
Directions
Adults: Take ONE tablet daily with water, 1 hour before or after meals, preferably at the same time of day or as directed by your healthcare professional.
For best results take Premular for 3 months minimum.

Each tablets contains:
Extracts equivalent to dry Vitex agnus castus fruit 180mg
Contains lactose. Suitable for vegetarians. No added gluten, wheat, soy, yeast, corn, artificial flavours or sweeteners.
