Directions
For relaxation - Take 1-2 caps full of Pain Away Pro-Salt X and blend into a warm to hot bath. Soak in bath for at least 15-20 minutes to obtain optimal relaxation benefits.
For Sports recovery - Take 2-4 caps full of Pain Away Pro-Salt X and blend into a warm to hot bath. Soak in bath for at least 20-30 minutes to obtain optimal recovery benefits.
