Legalon has been demonstrated to support liver health via 4 mechanisms.

- Aids renewal of normal healthy liver cells
Directions
Adults and adolescents 12 years and over: Take ONE capsule three times a day.
Once the desired therapeutic outcome is achieved, the dose may be reduced to 1 capsule twice daily for maintenance.

Silybum marianum dry fruit 7.2g standardised eqquiv. To silymarin 140mg.
Gluten free.
