Henry Blooms Vitamin D3 1000IU contains 25 micrograms of Colecalciferol, an identical form of Vitamin D produced in the body.
Vitamin D helps calcium absorption and a diet deficient in calcium can lead to osteoporosis in later life.

Dosage form: Capsules
Directions: Adults and children over 12 years of age: Take one capsule daily with a meal, or as directed by your health professional.
Ingredients: Each capsule contains: Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 1000 IU) 25 micrograms
No added wheat, gluten, yeast, milk derivatives, eggs, lactose, sugars, artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Contains soya oil and residual sulfites.
Warnings: Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.
Do not use if tamper evident cap seal is broken or missing. Store below 25°C away from heat and direct sunlight.
