Directions
Adults: Take ONE tablet daily for mild to moderate symptoms. Take TWO tablets daily for moderate to severe symptoms.
Symptom improvement can be expected within 2-4 weeks of starting treatment with optimal effects after 3 months.

Each Femular tablet contains: extracts equivalent to dry:
Cimicifuga racemosa rhizome 42.25 mg
Contains lactose. Gluten free.
