Directions:                         

To prepare a 230mL serving:

1) Put 195mL cold water in a glass.

2) Gradually, add 6 level scoops or 52.9g of Ensure powder, while stirring and mix until dissolved.

3) When mixed as directed, Ensure provides approximately 1 calorie per mL.  An 850g can of powder yields approximately sixteen 230mL servings.
