Directions

Shake the bottle before use.

Children 6-12 years: Give 5mL every 6 hours as required (maximum 4 times a day)

Children over 12 years and Adults: Take 2-3mL every 6 hours as required (maximum 4 times a day)

Use in children 6-12 years only on the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or nurse practitioner.

If cough persists, see your doctor or pharmacist.

Active Ingredients

Each 5mL of oral liquid contains: Pholcodine 15mg

Precautions

Do not use this medicine in children under 6 years; if seal is broke; if past the expiry date.

Also contains Hydroxybenzoate, Saccharin Sodium and Sorbitol.

This medicine contains 4.9g sorbitol per 20mL (maximum recommended daily dose).  Products containing sorbitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.  This medicine may cause drowsiness, if affected do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery.  Avoid alcohol.
