Caltrate Bone & Muscle Health combines a high daily level of vitamin D (1000IU) to help support muscle strength plus a unique blend of calcium and other minerals for bone strength and flexibility. Healthy, resilient bones consist of approximately 2/3 calcium for bone strength and 1/3 collagen for flexibility. Caltrate Bone & Muscle Health helps prevent and treat osteoporosis by providing high levels of calcium and vitamin D.

Directions for use:

Adults take one tablet daily with liquid after a meal, preferably at night, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Suitable for sodium restricted diets. Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.

Ingredients:

Each tablet contains – Calcium Carbonate 1500mg (Equivalent to 600mg of Elemental Calcium), Cholecalciferol 25mcg (1000IU of Vitamin D3), Magnesium 50mg (as oxide), Zinc 7.5mg (as oxide), Copper 500mcg (as sulphate), Manganese 1.75mg (as sulphate).

No added Lactose, Gluten, Flavours, Preservatives.
