Magnesium Oxide-heavy 440mg, Magnesium Phosphate 175mg, Total Magnesium 300mg, Calcium ascorbate dehydrate (ascorbic acid, vitamin C 41.31mg) 50mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride (pyridoxine vitamin B6 41.1mg) 50mg, Cholecalciferol (vitamin D 100 IU) 2.5ug, Manganese amino acid chelate (manganese 4mg) 40mg.
Warning: This product contains Pyridoxine hydrochloride which may be dangerous when used in large amounts or for a long time. Pyridoxine-induced peripheral neuropathy is most commonly reported with doses of 1 g or more daily, taken for 2 months to 3 years.
