Ingredients: Each film coated tablet contains: Zinc (as Zinc glycinate) 40mg, Betacarotene 4.2mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 24.31mg, equiv. to Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 20mg, Magnesium (as Magnesium amino acid chelate) 20mg
