Dosage form: Capsule
Directions: ADULTS: Take 1 capsule daily with food or as advised by your health professional. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 2mg, Nicotinamide 20mg, Calcium Pantothenate 10.9mg equiv. to Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5)10mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 1.8mg equiv. to Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) 1.5mg, Ascorbic Acid (vitamin C) 60mg, Selenium (as Selenomethionine) 30micrograms, Zinc (as Zinc citrate dihydrate) 11mg, Iron (as Ferrous fumarate) 2.5mg, Copper (as Copper gluconate) 1mg, Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 200IU) 5micrograms, Hydrolysed Collagen (Marine) 300mg, Silicon (as Silicon dioxide) 61.6mg, Biotin 2.5mg.
