BIOGLAN Active Magnesium 1000 Combines the power of 4 forms of magnesium for better absorption and utilisation in the body.

Dosage form: Tablet

Directions: Adults: Take 1 tablet daily. Swallow with a glass of water before or after a meal. Break, cut or crush the tablet prior to consuming if you have swallowing concerns.
